Emergency Committee shall be set up as

soon as possible. Its business will be

purely formal and will merely consist in

endorsing recommendations put forward by

Dr. Gordon King. I do not think, therefore,

that we need feel any hesitation in asking

hard-pressed officers of the Military

Administration to undertake this duty, and I

should be grateful if a telegram on the lines
